init: Id "T1" respawning too fast: disabled for 5 minutes

What does this mean??

Basically I have a webserver running FC2, along with Plesk 7.5 for admin. Its a fairly fresh install (about 2 weeks), but almost since the start I have had that error message showing regularly in /var/log/messages

Also, something else I haven't seen before in the logs is:
dhclient: DHCPREQUEST on eth0 to 82.xxx.xxx.xxx port 67

Where the ip given is one I don't recognise whatsoever.

Any ideas guys?

Have same problem.

It is something to do with how inittab is setup, however, I think the key to this is knowing what "T1" is! I don't.

If anyone can help then please do!!! (my /var/log/messages file is getting swamped)...
