I need some help with SUSE 11.1

Hi
I installed Suse 11.1 recently but it's completely new to me
so I'm a little confused

,
I really appreciate it if anyone can help me
some of my problems :
1.I can't connect to web by WLAN(I guess it does'n recongnized my Wireless driver)
2.I can't play any video or any music(It really makes me crazy)
3.I don't know how could I get updates & my drivers and also Suse packages
