Question I need a good download manager for Linux (GNOME)


i'm Vietnamese --> my english isn't good
I use Fedora Core 6 (GNOME) , i used d4x but it slower than save as... of FireFox
And MultiGet , i can not make and make install it beacause my hard disk not enough (free 450MB)
And now , i don't know use downloader client ???
You Know, you can help me ???

why do you have such a small disk?

I have WinXP , I have only 4GB for install FC6

Looks like you haven't configured d4x properly
d4x->Options->General
then Download -> Limits
there is a line about no of parts to split file, put that to 5 or 6
This should increase your download speed as file will be split into 5/6 parts and downloaded simultaneously

I use wget. Command line only but very efficient.

Yes, wget is small, works well, has many options.

There is a Gnome front end, GWget
