Have you tried running

# system-config-soundcard
There are release notes here.

http://oss.oracle.com/el5/docs/RELEASE-NOTES-U5-en.html

You may try the alternate kernel mentioned there.

sry to say, i didnt get this.
im new to linux. plzzz explain, how to fix this problm.

Open a terminal then switch to root by issuing the following.

Code:
$ su
you'll be asked for the root password, enter it. That should give you a new prompt. Then issue the following.

Code:
# system-config-soundcard

sound configration window is opend, In that window what should i do.

Seems odd to put a security risk on an enterprise OS.

Is your card detected? Please post some information from the window.
