I can't run gambas 2


Hello guys

I downloaded gambas2 from the repository (KDE Playground) for openSuSE 10.3
but after installing it I couldn't run it , the following error appear :

Code:
gambas2
ERROR: #2: Cannot load class 'Stock': Unable to load class file
I really need this IDE

There are 30+ packages listed for gambas2. I don't think all of them are necessary, but you probably need more than one package, such as the ide and runtime rpms, plus others depending on the functionality you need.

I've installed every package and still get the same error... I'm afraid it hasn't been packaged correctly.

At a guess, I'd say that with that many packages to cover all aspects of gambas2, it's possible that there are inconsistencies.

1) remove the packages.

2) investigate to see if there is a bug report in re the problem you are having. If not, submit one.

3) try downloading and compiling the gambas2 source tarball to see if you have better luck.
