I can't register RHN in RD9


hi, I just installed RD9, everything OK, but I can't finish register with RHN. when go to Step1: Review the Red Hat Privacy Statement, nothing appear. and I just do Forward, finally it told me Problem registing username. I have tried lots of username which can not be used, but still not working.
Thanks for any reply !
