Hi all, I'm working on building an NES with an old netbook inside to power it. I'm planning to run Puppy Arcade 10 on it. However, when I started thinking about ways to utilize all of the hardware available to me, I came up with the need for a program. After some searching I couldn't find it, so I figured I'd see if any of you can point me to something, or if it doesn't take too long and you don't mind, write a program!
Oh, and before I begin, I've had plenty of exposure to Linux (tried out several distros, handled packages, made a custom live USB, dual booted with Windows, etc.) so I can handle some nitty-gritty need be.
So here's my idea: when I'm playing old school games and having tons of fun with friends (did I mention it'll be battery powered?) it would be awesome to have the webcam automatically snapping pics in the background and saving them to the SD card (or hard drive), say every 30 seconds. That way, when we're all done having a blast with Mario, I've also got some fun pictures to share!
Does anybody know of some software I could use? Thanks in advance!
