I'm having problems trying to compile this file 71882fg.c

Hello, I'm hopping that someone can help me out with this problem.
This file is for my motherboard and I haven't been able to find the the headers to compile it.
It's been a long time ago since I have done this type of stuff. Is there a way or place where all the C code headers are?
Below are all the headers that I need to complie this file.

<linux/module.h>, <linux/init.h>, <linux/slab.h>, <linux/jiffies.h>
<linux/platform_device.h>, <linux/hwmon.h>, <linux/hwmon-sysfs.h>
<linux/err.h>, <linux/mutex.h>, <linux/io.h>, <linux/acpi.h>

Any help would be great.
Thank you.

Thank you pan64 for getting back to me so quick.
The OS that I'm using is Linux Mint 19.1. The part that I'm stuck with find a place, repo or some where to get the headers. I tried the Linux Mint software manager and online. So far I haven't found a place where I can find all the headers yet. I was hoping that someone here may know.
I have a MSI 970 Gaming motherboard that Linux doesn't have a motherboard driver for yet. I have looked around the web, like others and I have only found this code. If possible i would like to compile it and install it so I will have the motherboard driver.

Going back to the original problem, which kernel are you using? Have you tried a very recent one?

Also, is it your USB3 ports that are causing an issue?

hydrurga I'm using 4.18.0-16-generic. The usb3 ports are work from a thread that I found with people that have my MB. I did find my kernel using apt search and have down loaded it.

Thank you pan64 and hydrurga for all your help.
