Hylafax on suse 9.3 wheres egetty?

Have setup hylafax and can send fine but suse 9.3 professional doesn't seem to have egetty as an installable option. No egetty means the modem isn't monitering to pickup incoming faxes. Anybody know a way i can get it installed?.

and on a side note - the modem seems to be permanently initialised, anyone have a command to idle it just in case its a simple issue of the modem not listening.

Thanks guys.
