HTTPd Problem

Ok this is going to sound silly, but I just cant get httpd to work again. I had it up and running on the same server, and once i decided to move from CentOS 5.1 to 5.6, I did a clean install ( just to get the clutter out of the way, this was just a play server ). However now I cant get httpd working. I have the network configured right. Eth1 is getting the static address of 192.168.1.20, and httpd is installed correctly ( I used yum ). The service is running ( PID 2646 ) and I know that the network is working correctly because I can tunnel in with SSH. However no computer can access the http server. Any help?

Some Server info (uname -a):

Code:
Linux localhost.localdomain 2.6.18-238.e15 #1 SMP Thu Jan 13 16:24:47 EST 2011 i686 i686 i386
and some network info ( ifconfig )

Code:
eth1 Link encap:Ethernet HWaddr 00:0E:7F:B5:9A:BD
          inet addr:192.168.1.20 Bcast:192.168.1.255 Mask:255.255.255.0

You remembered to open the firewall port for the web server (usually 80, but whatever you configured)?
