How to start knemo?

I 've recently installed knemo 0.3.1 but i have a little problem: knemo doesn't start.
I tried to open it using the kde service manager in the control center but nothing happens and it always says "Not running". I tried the command "dcop kded kded loadModule knemod" but it outputs only one word: "false".

Once, accidentally, when i opened konqueror as root , knemo was launched.
At first I thought that maybe knemo needed root permissions so I logged out and logged in from kdm as root. However knemo didn't work neither from service manager nor from "dcop kded kded loadModule knemod" nor from konqueror.
So I switched back to my profile and tried to open control center as root and I could control knemo from service manager. I tried to run "su -" ,then "dcop kded kded loadModule knemod" from konsole and I got this message:

linux:~ # dcop kded kded loadModule knemod
ERROR: Couldn't attach to DCOP server!
linux:~ #

I tried to run "dcop kded kded loadModule knemod" as root and in a terminal from the Kmenu->Run command dialog and knemo opened and still opens but it closes a while after i close the terminal window.

Well, all I want is to have knemo loaded at startup and not to close after a while. Is that too much? Any ideas?
