How to put my MOK,der to the firmware nvram when the MokManger failed?

In the dell 14 plus model DB14255 i tried the mokutil and the shim.efi to enroll the key MOK.der and as well with the enroll from disk option in the Arch Linux but was unsuccessful, is it possible with shell.efi or any other tools in the linux or windows?
