1.How to mount the pen drive in linux machine. if it is restricted in office.
2. How to install the audio plugins as well as video plugins in linux machine. From where can i download?
If you are not allowed to use usb drives in your workplace, then I suggest you do not even try it because this could obviously get you into trouble. As for installing multimedia codecs, can you let us know which Linux distribution you are using so that you can get responses that are relevant to your distro.

Seems you want to watch movies and hear songs behind your boss' back.
Befriend your system admin if u really cant do without it.
No non-root user is allowed to access storage other than personal or shared storage by default.
The sysadmin needs to set permissions for users on request and approval basis.
