how to install dwm st alsamixer and ecryptfs in crux?

hello what commands would i run to install dwm st ecryptfs and alsamixer in crux? i tried installing dwm with github but after running make install it worked but running dwm returns not found. i want ecryptfs to encrypt my home folder (please tell me if there is another way) and i tried installing alsa-utils i got this error

ERROR: Building '/usr/ports/opt/alsa-utils/alsa-utils#1.2.5.1-1.pkg.tar.gz, failed.

Cruz has a package management system. Why are you not using that? https://crux.nu/Main/Handbook3-6#ntoc13

If those packages are not in the main Crux repositories, there are plenty of add on repositories available.
