How to Import data from Thunderbird 8.0 to Evolution 2.30.1.2

Been using TB for years but for the past 8 months have had to deal with "authenication failure"...password corrupt...called my ISP(8 times) and had to reset pwd....it may last a few days or months but the same always happens...using OpenSuSE 11.3 and want to switch/try Evolution. Can anyone suggest a way to import all my TB data into Evolution ?
Have imported Contacts but have many folders in TB I dont know how to do? Thoughts....thanks in advance.

Have you tried using the import/export features? Also, I did a simple google search, and found LOTS of information. What exactly are you stuck on?

Evolution import tools...

When I tried Evolutions import tools it stated that a Netscape, PIN program was not found....I havent seen those programs in use for years...the version of Evolution that I have seems to have pre-90's programs in mind. Evolution could not find/see my TB installation. I want to export all my mail/folders from TB to Evolution. TB has some export tools available but Evolution doesnt seem to have any import that will recoginze(sp?) TB. What did you Google? What solutions did you find? Thanks for your reply.
