how to file/print share using Redhat and WINXP thru SAMBA

jus a newbie penguin here, i really need help regarding

how to successfully setup a linux samba server in order for it

to file/print share with windowsxp-powered workstations

thank you in advance for your help!

i am currently using mandrake9.2 and redhat9.0 for my linux box

once your trying to configure things, if you run into trouble post back. i will reccommend one thing other than the reading, write the smb.conf file from scratch. it makes troubleshooting easier than the generic conf files generated by swat and webmin, although those are excellent tools in their own right. hope this gets you going.
