How to enumerate the pages on OO-Writer?

Hi all, I'm using openoffice.org writer 1.9 on FC4, I've looked for the option to enumerate the pages I'm writing but I can't find it. I just found an option that allows me to put the total amount of pages on every page. Does anyone know how to enumerate all the pages without enumerating the first page??
Thanks in advance.

P.S.: I want to put the page number at the bottom right of the page.

You cannot suppress page numbering on the first page of OpenOffice write documents without using one template for the first page and another template for the remaining pages. It is a very clumsy work-around, and I hope they get that oversight fixed quickly.

You are better off asking your question at www.openoffice.org

Don't get me started on the 1.1.x and > versions of OpenOffice when it comes to printing envelopes.

It actually isn't that hard to do what you want. Put the cursor on the first page then click Format > Styles and Formatting (or hit F11). In the new window, click on the Page Styles icon, then First Page. That separates the formatting on the first page from the rest of the document.

Now to add the page number, go to any page other than the first and click Insert >Footer. That will add a footer to all the pages (you'll see a box on the bottom of each page). Put your cursor in that footer and click Insert > Field > Page Number. That should get you what you're looking for and you can just tab the number over to the right.
