How To Build Aguri-0.7 On Linux

I've dowloaded the traffic profiler tool aguri-0.7, but due to missing of some queue MACRO in sys/queue.h which exist in BSD system it can't be built on my REDHAT 9. How can I make it?

This is really a software question, not a BSD question. The site of one of the co-authors says that 0.7 is not really meant to support any platforms other than BSD, and all the top hits on Google are for OpenBSD or FreeBSD. My guess is that unless you're very clever, you're not going to be able to make this work on a Linux OS.
