Thumbs down How do i restart the X server ? in order to install my Graphic drivers


Guy's i need to install this driver that i download from Nvida web site the BIG question is


how do i restart my X server i am runing red hat version 9 ,


are I'm correct in saying that you need to press ctrl & Alt key then Backspace button ?

Yeah the CTRL ALT Bckspce should work

Ctl-Alt-Backspace will stop it, then you type startx to start it again
