how copy entire text on nice editor (ne)

i tried to use block option. after scrolling
down to bottom of page using pgdown
clickng again block says to specify
end of the document. my text file has
more than 500 lines. i am using ne on
debian 11 xterm.

how do i copy entire text?

Normally in a console/cli program, you highlight the text with the left mouse button dragged over the text to be copied, which copies it, then you paste it with the centre mouse button.

If in a GUI, highlight it with the left mouse button dragged over the text to be copied, right click, in the highlighted text, choose 'copy', then right click where you want it pasted.
