how can i install sendmail-8.12.2 on RedHat Linux 7.0

did you download a rpm or tar.gz type file..

with a tar.gz in which you probably downloaded, simply type or use this command...

tar xvzf /filename-of-sendmail-you-downloaded.tar.gz

then it will extract the files into a new directory.. in that new directory will be a README or INSTALL file or both.. read those for instructions to carry on with your install of sendmail.

what do you mean by there are no commands.. ?? do they tell you any instructions on how to install the packages or sendmail ?? does it tell you to start with a
./configure followed by a
make, then a
make install

or something along the lines of that ??
