Help with Grip
Hey,
I have been using Grip 3.04 for a while now. I use it to transfer my cds from home to my work computer so I can listen to them at work. However, it rips in .wav format. How do you get it to rip in .mp3 format? Is it as simple as typeing .mp3 in the Rip file format option? Or do I have to install some other programs?
you have to configure some options.
go to Config tab, click on Encode tab under Config, choose encoder "oggenc", you have other encoders there but they don't work in my machine. by choosing oggenc you'll have your songs in *.ogg format. you can run ogg files with xmms or winamp.
