Help with Apache via OWA

Here is my setup:

Apache & Mail Gateway(FC3 @DMZ-192.168.20.0)--->Exchange 2003(OWA LAN-192.168.10.0)

Currently, my FC3 box is hosting my website with no problem. What I like to do is setup my FC3 box to also redirect outside work to get to OWA on my Exchange 2003 box. I have tried setting up Virtual host with no luck. Any suggestion any one????
