Help


Hi all,

Okay I have installed suse on my system. I then go to reboot.

Just when LILO just start a load of L 4040404040404040404040404040040404 go across screen???

Any idea???

I have formated may times and it still does the same - Linux has never does this before on the machine.

This error means there was a problem during LILO installation. Possible solutions:
fdisk /mbr from a DOS/Windows floppy, then boot to Linux (from floppy/installation cd) and lilo
lilo -u from Linux, then lilo to install it again.
