Having problems with running beryl on mandriva?

Has anyone else attempted to run beryl on the latest installation of mandriva? I cant find any user manual or anything to help me figure out how to get it running. It looks like the installation ran fine, and the basic functions of the software are working (transitions when moving / resizing windows. Opening and closing windows ect ect). I cannot get the cube working at all. If anyone has any pointers or a link to a website with some more info I would appreciate it. Thanks!
