haveing problems installing knoppix 3.3 linux

iam trying to istall knoppix linux version 3.3 when i put the cd in and boot an error happens then it says init: panic: segmentation violation at ox804ec92! sleeping for 30 seconds and it just keeps saying that i dont know what it means what should i do iam em a newbie to linux i know nothing about it plz help.

looks like you need to redownload the image/reburn the image
