Haproxy 1.5 apt packages for Ubuntu?

Fun. My Fedora box crashed while submitting this the first time.

I am looking to get a version of haproxy 1.5, or any version with SSL support built in vi apt-get on Ubuntu 12.04. There was one repository I found, but:

Failed to fetch https://launchpad.net/~vbernat/+arch...amd64/Packages

A simple wget comes back with a 404 error.

Anyone know if what I am looking for is out there?
Thanks!

mjb.
