Gyache & IJG JPEG library

Hey Folks,

I've Gyache up and running on my machine - for the most part. I can broadcast my image via webcam, but I can't see anyone else's. It appears I can establish a "connection", but I can't see any image. In the terminal, I get the following error:

error: JPEG encoder not available
The IJG JPEG library is required for JPEG encoding support.
The source code for the IJG JPEG library can be downloaded from:
http://www.ijg.org

I have tried installing the package made for Zenwalk (which is what I'm running by the way) to no avail. I have also tried using the source code from www.ijg.org. I still get the same error. I wonder if I need to put a link somewhere or something, but I don't know where Gyache is looking for this stuff.

Any suggestions?
