Grub Loading Stage 2 Automatic Reboot - NEED HELP!!

We just had a power outage at my work and now when the FTP server startsp it says:

Grub..

Grub Stage2 Loading...

Then it just restarts. I've tried booting from both of the discs which have grub on the boot loader without any luck. It will just automatically restart at that point. I'm not sure if this is corruption but wanted to get some advice on what you recommend I do to get this system booting.

The server is running gentoo on a software RAID 5. 3 120GB discs. Grub is written to two out of the three discs to load the OS and mount the RAID properly.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

thanks

You could try

/sbin/grub-install /dev/hda

OR

grub
... output omitted...
grub> root (hd0,0)
grub> setup (hd0)
grub> quit

You'll have to adjust both cmds to suit. NB the grub tool numbers disks and partitions from 0 (zero), so root (0,0) = /dev/sda1 for example.
