Unhappy Graduation project idea

In the realm of what? Just computers?, that's a large arena. What is your specialty / interest... AI, facial recognition, network protocols, ... can you give me something to start from?

IBM has just open sourced some of its speech recognition technology. You could do something with that, such as a voice recognition module for XFCE that allows for voice control of windows...?
