getting themes from gentoo in other distros

Is it possible to get the icon themes from gentoo in other distros such as Ubuntu and Fedora? How can it be done? These are the icon themes I am talking about. http://www.gentoo.org/dyn/icons.xml

Don't understand you problem clearly. These icon themes are available as Gentoo-artwork or something. You can fetch the tar balls from the net (emerge -F?, sorry haven't touched it since ages) and then use it in the distro you want.

Yeah, but you will have to change the icons manually

those icons are just a bunch of .png files download the ones you want or get the tar ball with all of them and use them. there is nothing gentoo specific about them.
