Getting GRUB to work

Hm... I don't know where this goes, but anyway, hope you guys can help.

I just installed RedHat 9 on my computer, but now, I can't get into Windows at all. When I select DOS, I get a boot disk error which sends me back to the GRUB screen.

Anyone know what my problem is, or do you need more info?
