Welcome to LQ.

Obviously a corrupt package.
Please do : sudo rm /var/cache/apt/archives/gcj-4.6-jre-lib_4.6.3-1ubuntu2_all.deb
.. And : sudo apt-get install -f

Then redo the install of gcj-4.6-jre-lib : sudo apt-get install gcj-4.6-jre-lib
