Foxpro to CSV

I have and will continue to have a few Foxpro files (.dbf extension) being generated from a 3rd party application.

So what I am looking for is native Linux or PHP or Perl solution to export the data from the .dbf files into a delimited CSV file.

Another off the wall solution would be ODBC support for Linux, but what I am finding is rather sparse.

Any suggestions?
