Flash and Apache problem

I am running apache server 1.3.2.6 on Debian Linux.
For some reason swfs will not load.
If I bring up the page on my LAN, it comes up fine, anywhere else, the page loads, but the flash just shows up in white.
I have the x-shockwave-flash mime type configured correctly as far as I can tell. I have the html files in the same directory as the swfs.

I have port forwarding on a Windows 2000 machine pointing to port 80 on the box.

I figure its got to be something stupid Im over looking.
Anyone have any suggestions?
Im desperate.

Please do not post the same thread in more than one forum. Picking the most relevant forum and posting it once there makes it easier for other members to help you and keeps the discussion all in one place.
