Flash allows screen to sleep

Hello I'm using debian wheezy and I'm having trouble stopping power management from putting the display into sleep mode. I've tried various codes to prevent from this happen as suggested by some users but so far it's not working for me. So I've come to the conclusion of using a software to help solve this problem. I know ubuntu uses caffeine to solve this problem but debian don't have the repository; I also don't know linux well enough to compile and install caffeine into debian.

Is there a software that allows me to prevent the the power management from putting the display to sleep mode when I watch things like flash videos and etc?

https://launchpad.net/caffeine

A status bar application able to temporarily prevent the activation of both the screensaver and the "sleep" powersaving mode.
You can install it from the PPA: https://launchpad.net/~caffeine-developers/+archive/ppa or download a deb or tarball on the downloads page.
So you can just download the .deb from that site and use dpkg to install it.
