Here's what I did: Edit>Preferences>Content>Fonts and Colors>Advanced>Display Resolution>Other. They show you a line and ask how long it is, mine was 3.25 inches. 3.25 came out to 93 dpi I think, still too small. So I entered 2.25 inches and it came out to 134dpi. Just the right size for my eyes. You can change the length of the line by entering any number you want, the length of the line doesn't change but FF doesn't know that. This also works in T'Bird. Close FF or T'Bird and the change takes effect. On edit, the first OS I tried this on was SUSE and it worked as described. I tried it on Mepis and it worked on T'Bird but not FF.
