firefox refresh delay?
scrolling through issues on this website with firefox and mouse-over thread link brings up a description popup. But if I use mousewheel to scrolldown/up at almost same time the popup appears, the page is left with a blank box thats "stamped" onto the webpage.
It goes away if window looses focus or i change tabs. Just wondering if thats normal?
