[SOLVED] Firefox: Marionette no longer working

Marionette is enabled, port is 2828, it used to be OK lately, but now:

% telnet 127.0.0.1 2828
Trying 127.0.0.1...
telnet: connect to address 127.0.0.1: Connection refused

Code:

% nmap localhost -p 2828
...
PORT     STATE  SERVICE
2828/tcp closed itm-lm

Can anyone test it?
also URL bar used to become stripy after Marinette is enabled, but it looks normal now.

I tryied to figure out how to enable it for an hour, then I found the answer on Racket page: "all you have to do is run the firefox binary with the -marionette flag" https://docs.racket-lang.org/marionette/index.html.
You can look into Mozilla's docs Introduction to Marionette and try to find where it's mentioned (if it is there at all).
