fetchmail connecting to pop3 over ssl server

Hello all,

I am trying to get my server to connect to my gmail account and retrieve the email via fetchmail. I checked the fetchmail faq and home page and found that they supposedly support every protocol that is on the web right now but I don't seem to able to find out how to specify that I want to use port 995. It came pre-configured on my machine so I don't know if I need to recomplile with some sort of option or something.

Any help is appreciated.
