Fedora 32bit chroot

Ive seen guides on how to setup a 32 bit chroot enviroment on debian and alike 64 bit distros, but does anyone have experience with setting one up with fedora core? ive tried rpmstrap and it felt like giving me the middle finger. also tried installing 32 bit from cd to a new partition, and ended up with a junk partition.
Thanks in advance.
