Know of a program that finds the fastest mirror?
Is there a program out there that will find the fastest mirror from a list of mirrors?
In windows there was klever's dipstick. But I was hoping to find one for linux...
In research of this I came across netselect which was primarily built for Debian. However, I'm not running Debian, I'm running Slackware. Even with downloading the source for netselect and trying it out regardless, I can't seem to get it to work. (Every result ends with a timeout).
Does anybody know of a program that would help?
