Failed to open \EFI\uniontech\grub.efi - Not found

Code:
sudo grub-install --version
Dozens of minutes ago, I ran the above command, which output "Installation finished" or words to that effect. Then, I rebooted my PC and got the following message:
Code:
Failed to open \EFI\uniontech\grub.efi - Not found
Failed to load image \EFI\uniontech\grub.efi - Not found
start_image() returned Not Found
The above message disappeared after about two seconds, and UnionTech OS was started as usual. Then, I rebooted my PC twice, and the same message appeared again, and UnionTech OS was started again.

How can I get rid of the message?
The folder "\EFI\uniontech" did not exist previously, and it is not necessary for starting UnionTech OS, which requires "\EFI\UOS" instead.

I have just solved the problem simply by copying "grub.efi" from "/EFI/UOS/" into "/EFI/uniontech/". However, I still don't understand why "/EFI/uniontech/" was created.
