execute a file in Autostart in .kde

I want to execute the command
exec `dcop kicker Panel addDesktopButton`
in the .kde/Autostart.

But not when the system is built. I want to do it at the ISO built level. I want to add Desktop Access button by default. I know that the above command helps in doing so.
But during ISO build, can I write a file into .kde
