Hi - I am looking for a program that can handle databases of questions and answers to put an exam on a web page. It would need to be able to support user profiles and mark the exams and maybe allow students to submit their own questions and answers.

If possible it should be something that can run on Windows as well as Linux (preferably something platform independent or ported to one or the other). (If this means it belongs in General feel free to move it). It does have to be open source though.
