Evolution error on Mandriva 2006

When I try to ./configure Evolution 2.7.91, I get the following error:

configure: error: Package requirements (camel-provider-1.2) were not met.
Consider adjusting the PKG_CONFIG_PATH environment variable if you
installed software in a non-standard prefix.

Alternatively you may set the CAMEL_CFLAGS and CAMEL_LIBS environment variables
to avoid the need to call pkg-config. See the pkg-config man page for
more details.

I have looked for a package with which to install this so-called camel thing, and I cannot find a suitable way to get past this error.

Any tips would be great!
