error while loading shared libraries: libdb.so.3: HELP PLEASE!


well, i honestly dont know what happened, but my server is down, and I'm freeking out...i noticed my apache was down and now everytime i try to restart, this is the error i get:

Starting httpd: httpd: error while loading shared libraries: libdb.so.3: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory

if anyone can help please!!!

well... first, the obvious: you're missing the libdb.so.3 file. it's part of the Berkley db library package. if you need to reinstall it, you can dowload it from www.sleepycat.com/download.html
