Error when sourcing file to finish program installation

Hello,

I am trying to install a program called CNS (Crystallography and NMR System) on linux running FC2. In order to run the program i have to first set the environmental variables. I have edited the file called cns_solve_env to point to the correct directory, but when I attempt to source it in the c-shell, it gives me this error:

[group@nmrjock cns_solve_1.1]$ source cns_solve_env
sed: -e expression #1, char 11: Invalid range end

I was wondering how to remedy this? Many thanks to those of you who know what you're doing.

I don't think anyone could help you with the script without more information. The error is in a sed command. The problem is the 11th character inside the single quotes. If there is only one sed command the problem should be easy to find.

The error doesn't list which line the error occured in your script? Which shell are you using?
