hi all
i am installing oracle dev suit 10g(10.2.0) on linux 4EL on my office server .i have installed required RMPs and also completed necessary configuration. when i execute installer it returns fillowing error.

when i checked the space there was 15G was avialable

I am unable to Understand the problem cause

I'm assuming you have the users and groups created for Oracle (I think they're oracle and dba). Are you running the install as root? I haven't done an oracle install in some time, but I think you have to be the oracle user, to fire that up.
