Eqivalent of SPITAPI (Windows) for linux?

We need to locate something for *nix (We have CentOS but could switch to Ubuntu, etc. if it would help.)

There's a program for Windows that does what we want, except that the backend control flow isn't going to work correctly for us.

That program is "siptapi" and it uses the Windows version of Asterisk. It can dial out through X-Lite, which we have (version 5) on our windows machine.

I need to take in a CSV file that has the phone numbers to call, then do the same calling process for each one. A PHP or Python script will be ideal for that.

Bottom line: Does anybody know if such a package exists for Linux? We have a VM with CentOS 7.5, PHP 7, Asterisk 13 (we can upgrade to 14 or 15 if necessary) and loads of modules, packages, etc. that we installed in the process of installing Asterisk. We've been unable to get any help making VICIdial work with Asterisk and thus have abandoned that.

Thanks in advance.
